WAXcetera's Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and you may have to cancel or change your appointment although doing so with short notice or not cancelling at all doesn't allow us to offer another valued client your appointment time. In order to give all of our clients great services at reasonable prices, we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If you aren't able to give us 24 hours notice, here is our policy.
1st No Show/short cancel appointment...No worries, we all get busy and forget.
2nd No Show/short cancel appointment...We are sorry you missed your appointment but our estheticians are waiting...50% due at your next appointment.
3rd No Show/short cancel appoitment...You are welcome to pre-pay for your appotment or walk-in and we will do our best to accomodate you.
